As a founding partner at Jweinat & Jajeh LLP, Christian is an experienced attorney who understands a client’s need for compassionate and comprehensive representation and advice.   Christian, a Bay Area native, focuses his career on a wide-variety of matters as it relates to Trusts and Estates, including estate planning, trust administration, probate and estate/trust litigation.  

 

Christian graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) at the University of San Francisco, School of Law.  During his time at USF, Christian received a Tax Law Certificate and was awarded the 2020 Andersen Tax Award for his commitment to tax law.   Beginning his legal career in high-net-worth estate planning and trust administration, Christian broadened his understanding of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax law which he now applies to clients of all financial backgrounds. 

 

Christian now serves as a Member At Large for the New Lawyers Section of the California Lawyers Association and also tutors for the Academic and Bar Exam Success Program at the University of San Francisco, School of Law.
